We are an online point of sale. This means that you may buy tickets for all our shows and events (subject to the availability of seats) only on our web site: http://www.topbillet.com. Once on our web site, you can easily find the show that you are interested in by typing in the name of the performer, of the town or of the venue in the search field (at the top of the page, to the right of the logo). Once you have located your show, click on “Make a booking” to access the bookings page; once there, select the performance you are after (if there are several), then the number of seats that you wish to buy in the appropriate category. Add these seats to your shopping basket: you can either continue shopping, or confirm your order straight away.
When you confirm your order, you will need to register (if you do not already have an account with our web site): you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and a password. Keep hold of them carefully, they will enable you to track and manage your order (and in particular to re-print your confirmation e-mail or your e-tickets).
The buying process is standard from this point onwards, you will need to key in a valid delivery address (if you choose to receive your tickets by post) and your bank account details (see the methods of payment that are accepted).
At the end of the buying process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order.
No. In accordance with our general terms of sale (point 9.1), only the cancellation of a concert gives rise to an entitlement to a refund.

You can print out your order confirmation at any moment in time by accessing your personal space on our web site. To do so, ensure that you have your Topbillet connection identifiers to hand and access the “My Account” block (on the right-hand-side column of the topbillet.com web site). Then click on the “Orders” link which is displayed: you may now print out your order confirmation.
You may retrieve your tickets on the date of the show or event, from the time when doors open (around 1 hour before the start of the event). To that end, you should go to the “Invitations/Production” booth at the venue (usually located by gate 35 for shows or events held at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy) with your printed order confirmation and an identity document (should you not have your order confirmation, you will be asked for your name and order number).
Your tickets may be given out to the person of your choosing, provided that he or she presents a photocopy of your identity card and a power of attorney signed by you giving him or her the right to retrieve your tickets (they should also present the order confirmation, as for any retrieval of tickets at the box office).
An e-ticket or “electronic ticket” is a virtual ticket. It can be printed out at home by the Internet user himself, on a blank white A4 paper sheet using any type of printer (colour or black and white). It must be presented for inspection upon accessing the venue, whereupon its validity will be checked using a scanner.
The advantage of an e-ticket compared to a physical ticket is that it can be printed out again at any moment in time. So if you lose it, you may print out a new one even at the last minute by accessing your personal space: simply ensure that you have your connection identifiers to hand and access the “My Account” block (right-hand-side column of the topbillet.com web site). Then click on the “E-tickets” link which is displayed: you may print out your e-ticket right there and then!
